GENETIC RELATIONSHIP OF SOYBEAN (GLYCINE MAX L.) GENOTYPES USING SCoT MARKERS

In the present investigation 28 genotypes of soybean were analysed using 37 start codon targeted (SCoT) markers and primers produced 260 DNA fragments with an average 7.03 bands per primer. From these primers, SCoT 33 65 wos most polymorphic, where 10 polymorphic amplification products detected. The lowest number amplified (2) was detected by 8, 14, 19, 31 59. Of bands, 200 (77.27 %) 5.41 To determine level polymorphism in group genotypes, information content (PIC) calculated. value ranged from 0.512 (ScoT 66) to 0.968 (SCoT 12) 0.777. dendrogram genetic relationships among based on constructed. hierarchical cluster analysis showed that geno-types divided into 4 main clusters. used this study created a different cultivars can be utilized as molecular for their differentiation. obtained data indicated technique could efficiently identification differentiation genotypes.
